How does Spotos success fee work?

At Spotos, we’re 100% transparent about our platform and freight pricing. While our platform is subscription-free, we apply a 4% fee to successfully booked freights. Here’s how the success fee works:

• It is included in the upfront freight rates shippers set when placing an order; therefore, they don’t have to pay anything extra after the order has been accepted.
• It applies only to successfully booked freights accepted by the carrier.
• If a shipper selects an upfront shipping price of €1,200 for their freight, this order can be booked at €1,152 on the carriers’ marketplace (€48, or 4% applied to €1,200, goes to Spotos).
